You can visit the nearby spa town of Velke Losiny where you can find sulphur baths, a thermal swimming pool, a paper mill which makes handmade paper or a renaissance chateau with a large park.

Another interesting place is Cervenohorske sedlo (Red mountain gap) ski centre which comprises eight ski lifts, four ski slopes and two meadows for training. Cross-country ski trails run from Červenohorské sedlo to both sides of the Hruby Jesenik mountains and they are machine-groomed.

Other ski centres in the vicinity of our boarding house are Klepacov and Premyslov ski centre.

In summer, Cervenohorske sedlo is an ideal starting place of many marked tourist trails. It is also a paradise for mushrooming and picking forest berries.
